These terms apply when you create a Vibe account, buy or book a Vibe product or class, use Vibe Online, join a membership or otherwise use services supplied by HERE/NOW/TODAY LTD.
Last updated 16 September 2026
HERE/NOW/TODAY LTD, company number 16990868, registered office Arthur Robinson House 13-14 The Green, Billingham, United Kingdom, TS23 1EU, operates Vibe Dance Fitness. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to matt@vibedancefitness.co.uk.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. A free Vibe account does not itself create a paid subscription. Paid products or memberships require a separate, clearly presented purchase step.
Before payment, you should be shown the main product, price, billing basis and any important restrictions. A contract is formed when the order is accepted and confirmation is provided, subject to any payment authorisation that is required. Please check the confirmation and tell us promptly if something is wrong.
Prices and any unavoidable fees will be shown before you commit to payment. Payment methods may include Stripe, PayPal, class credits, gift cards, cash or another method where specifically offered. We will not knowingly add optional paid extras through pre-selected boxes.
Where a membership renews automatically, the checkout will state the billing amount and billing interval before you subscribe. Unless the specific offer says otherwise, you can cancel future renewal through the available account or customer-portal route. Cancellation stops future renewal but normally leaves access available until the end of the period already paid for. This does not limit any statutory cancellation, refund or remedy rights you may have.
Some Vibe Online products contain streamed or otherwise immediately accessible digital content. Where UK consumer law requires your express agreement before paid digital content begins during a cancellation period, the checkout will ask for that agreement and acknowledgement separately before access is supplied. If the required consent or confirmation is not obtained, your statutory rights are not reduced by these terms.
Unless a product expressly says otherwise, Vibe digital content is supplied for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, sell, redistribute, upload, screen-record for redistribution, share member-only access, remove rights information or commercially exploit Vibe material without written permission.
Class and event bookings are subject to availability, capacity, venue arrangements and instructor availability. We may make reasonable timetable, venue or instructor changes. If Vibe cancels a paid class or event and cannot provide the booked service, we will offer an appropriate transfer, credit or refund route according to the circumstances and your legal rights.
Some funded or partner-supported classes may have age, location or other eligibility criteria. Where this applies, the relevant criteria will be shown with the class or during booking. Please only book a funded place where you meet the stated criteria.
The cancellation or transfer position can differ between a dated class, event, membership, physical product and digital content. Any product-specific rule shown before purchase forms part of the contract. Nothing in a Vibe cancellation policy removes rights that consumer law gives you. Where the law requires a refund, it will be provided using an appropriate method.
Dance fitness involves physical exertion. You are responsible for choosing movements and intensity that are suitable for you, using appropriate space and equipment, taking breaks when needed and stopping if something feels unsafe. Please seek appropriate professional advice where you are unsure whether participation is suitable.
Vibe classes, videos, articles and recommendations provide general movement, fitness and wellbeing support. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment, physiotherapy, emergency support or a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
We will provide services with the care and skill required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Vibe is supplied for personal and consumer use unless we specifically agree a business service with you. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible under a consumer contract for business losses such as loss of profit, business opportunity or commercial revenue.
Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, impersonate another person, harass other users, upload unlawful material or use Vibe content or systems in a way that infringes another person’s rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal obligations.
Vibe will evolve. We may update features or these terms for legal, security, operational or product reasons. Material changes that affect an existing paid commitment will be handled fairly and communicated where required. The version shown on this page tells you when these terms were last updated.
Please contact matt@vibedancefitness.co.uk if something has gone wrong. We would rather resolve a problem quickly than hide behind terms. Your statutory rights remain available whether or not you contact us first.
These terms are governed by the law that applies to your consumer contract. If you are a UK consumer, nothing here removes any right you have to bring a claim in a court that consumer law allows you to use in your part of the UK.
